The Website Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates ( "Website" or "Website Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the information contained on the website or any of the pages comprising the website ( "website" ) to visitors ("visitors") (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out on this website, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms & conditions, policies and notes which may be applicable to a specific section or module of our website.

While you continue to use this website in any manner, you agree to comply with and shall be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. "We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization against any Transaction.

Passport should have a validity of six months from the date of arrival in India. International Travellers should have return ticket or onward journey ticket, with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India. Applicants of the eligible countries are requested to apply online minimum 4 days in advance of the date of arrival with a window of 120 days. e-Travel is valid for 60 days from the date of arrival. The visa must be availed within its period of validity. The e-Travel for the purpose of Tourism and Business will be valid for two entries and for Medical purpose it will be valid for Three entries from the date of the first arrival date in India. e-Travel is allowed for a maximum of three visits in a calendar year.

eTravel is valid for entry through 28 designated Airports (i.e. Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh,Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Portblair, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi & Travelkhapatnam) and 5 designated seaports (i.e. Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Goa and Mangalore). However, the foreigner can take exit from any of the authorized Immigration Check Posts (ICPs) in India.

Applicants are requested to carry a copy of eTravel while travelling. On arrival in India the biometric of the applicant will be mandatorily captured at Immigration. The applicant is requested to fill the Travel Application Form accurately and submit the same with the applicable visa fees and mentioned requirements. Incomplete and double applications will not be accepted. The applicant is requested to provide correct email ID, since we send the e-Travel via email in JPEG or PDF format in attached files.

Processing Related Terms

For tourist applying for 30 days Indian e Travel with travel date within 30 days from the time of submission, the Travel results shall be emailed between 4 to 7 days from the time the e Travel India Application is submitted and paid for. For travel date beyond one month from the time of submission the visa results shall be emailed 20-25 days prior to their travel date as it may expire before the tourist arrival India if the application is processed immediately and visa is granted. All the other applications shall be processed normal as and when submitted. The processing time is valid only after receipt of the appropriate documents and verification procedure completed by the verification Officer against each individual application. e-Travel India will not be responsible for any delay in the process due to non-availability of proper documents and failed verification. The processing timeframe is applicable after the application is complete with all the information and documents required to process the application. The processing timeframe for Sri Lankan and Chinese Passport Holders is 10 business days. The total price of Travel varies for different Nationalities and the category of visa selected and the payable amount shall be more than the visa fee including the processing fee. You must pay the processing fee along with the visa fee at the time of submission or else your application will be held under pending status.

Issuance of a visa or approval of visa application does not in any way give the applicant a right to enter India. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at the India Airport who is a representative of the Government of India. In case of denial of visa or entry into Indian territory, we shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. The issuance is subject to the rules of Government of India with the rights to make any changes anytime. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving of travel. We are keen to take all reasonable measures to ensure that information provided by the Applicants will remain confidential however, we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information.

Cancellation and Refunds

The fee is 100% non-refundable and non-transferrable irrespective of your application being granted, rejected or cancelled.

Each of the parties to this Agreement irrevocably agrees that the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with the Agreement or its formation or validity and, for these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
